1. Introduction

Grapps (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use the mobile game Paint or Seek (the “Game”).

We do not require users to create an account, sign in, or provide their name, email address, phone number, postal address, or other directly identifying information in order to play the Game.

2. Information We Do Not Request Directly

Grapps does not directly ask users to provide:

• their real name, home address, phone number, or personal email address;
• account login credentials;
• precise GPS location;
• contacts, photos, private messages, or files stored on the device;
• health, biometric, financial-account, or government-identification data.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The Game displays advertisements through third-party advertising services and mediation platforms. These services may include, depending on the current version, device, region, consent choices, and advertising availability:

• Appodeal — Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads — Google Privacy Policy
• Meta Audience Network — Meta Privacy Policy

An advertising mediation platform may work with additional advertising partners. The exact partners used may change over time based on region, device, ad availability, and SDK configuration.

These third-party services may automatically collect or process data such as:

• IP address;
• advertising identifiers, where available and permitted;
• device type, model, language, operating system, and app version;
• general network and mobile carrier information;
• approximate location inferred from an IP address;
• advertising impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion, and interactions;
• diagnostic, performance, crash, fraud-prevention, and security information.

This information may be used by those providers to deliver contextual or personalized advertising where legally permitted, measure advertising performance, limit repeated ads, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, and improve their services.

4. Consent and Advertising Choices

Where required by applicable law, the Game or its advertising providers may display a consent message before using data for personalized advertising. The availability and wording of these options may depend on your country, device platform, age settings, and the services involved.

You may also be able to limit ad personalization, reset or delete your advertising identifier, or change tracking permissions through your Android or iOS device settings. Disabling personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads; it may cause you to receive non-personalized or contextual ads instead.

5. Online Multiplayer and Technical Operation

When you use online multiplayer or other network features, technical connection information such as an IP address, connection time, server request data, and basic device or game-version information may be temporarily processed as necessary to connect players, operate the Game, maintain server stability, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.

We do not use this technical information to create advertising profiles or to identify users by their real-world identity.

6. In-App Purchases

Optional in-app purchases may be processed by the applicable application marketplace, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Grapps does not receive your full payment-card or bank-account information.

We may receive limited transaction information, such as the purchased product, purchase status, transaction token or receipt, and entitlement status, only as needed to verify the purchase, provide the purchased content, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and provide support.

7. How Information Is Used

Technical information processed by the Game or its service providers may be used to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Game;
• enable online multiplayer and other interactive features;
• display and measure advertisements;
• verify and restore in-app purchases;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, cheating, and technical issues;
• improve performance, stability, and user experience;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

8. Sharing of Information

Grapps does not sell users’ personal information. Technical data may be processed or shared only where necessary with:

• advertising and mediation providers;
• hosting, multiplayer-server, security, and technical service providers;
• Google Play, Apple, or another marketplace used to distribute the Game;
• authorities or professional advisers where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

Third-party providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Their practices are not controlled solely by Grapps.

9. Data Retention

Grapps retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operation, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.

Advertising providers, marketplaces, and other third-party services determine their own retention periods under their respective privacy policies.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed in connection with the Game. However, no internet transmission, server, application, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Game does not require children or other users to submit their real name, personal email address, home address, phone number, or similar directly identifying information to Grapps.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information directly to us may contact us using the email address below. We will review the request and take appropriate action where required.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your country or region, you may have rights concerning your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability, and the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Because Grapps does not require user accounts and generally does not hold information that directly identifies individual players, we may need sufficient details to verify whether we hold any information related to your request. Requests concerning data held by an advertising provider or app marketplace may need to be submitted directly to that provider.

13. International Data Processing

Third-party providers may process information in countries other than the country in which you live. Where required, such providers are responsible for using appropriate legal safeguards for international data transfers.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Game, third-party services, legal requirements, or our practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
